One of our favorite things about spending time in Ibiza? The food.
Tomatoes taste a little juicier, the cheese a little creamier, the fish just more... alive. Many restaurants on the island already celebrate local produce, but what if you want to cook at your holiday home? Where do you find those unforgettable ingredients?
The answer lies in Ibiza’s vibrant fresh food markets and its small local farms. These aren’t souvenir spots this is where locals gather, where everything is seasonal, and where the rhythm of the land comes to life.
A few of our go-to favorites:
Mercat Nou

A spacious indoor market in Ibiza town where locals shop for fresh fish, vibrant fruit and veg, cheeses, olives, and everything in between.
Sant Josep Market

Local, laid-back and full of character, with stalls selling organic fruit, vegetables, bread, and homemade products.
Can Zol farm

A small ecological farm and shop near Santa Gertrudis offering seasonal vegetables, herbs, eggs, and farm-fresh products grown with love. They also offer curated food boxes — perfect if you want the freshest local produce delivered straight to your holiday table.
