Why Art Lovers Are Flocking to the White Isle...

Once known mainly for its beaches and boho nightlife, Ibiza is quietly transforming into a magnet for contemporary art and design. A creative renaissance is unfolding—one that feels raw, authentic, and deeply tied to the island’s timeless rhythm. Since the debut of the CAN Art Fair in 2022, Ibiza has entered a new era: think gallery weekends, international art fairs, artist residencies and design-forward spaces nestled between ancient olive trees and rugged coastlines.
As a guest at Casa Stellar—or simply someone who treasures aesthetics—you’ll find Ibiza offers a surprisingly rich and year-round art scene. And our Casa Stellar Guide to Art & Design is your passport to discovering its most soulful corners.
A few of our go-to favorites:
Can Art Ibiza
Where global vision meets island soul
Held each June at the FECOEV fairgrounds just outside Dalt Vila, the CAN Art Fair brings together more than 30 galleries from around the world. It’s stylish yet grounded, playful yet profound. Expect sun-drenched installations, curated brunches, and intimate artist talks. All wrapped in a setting that feels distinctly Ibiza.

New wave galleries you’ll want to linger in...
Some of our favorite places around the island to get you started:
Soleille Gallery - Santa Gertrudis
A radiant newcomer championing emerging talent across sculpture, design, photography, and painting. The space itself is a design lover’s dream, earthy textures, soft light, and filled with statement pieces sparking emotion and dialogue.
Gabriela Soleille, a French and Mexican Architect, comes from a well known family of stain glass artists. Since 4 generations, the precious and unic heritage of the Ateliers guides her in her passion and love for Poetic architectures, designs, crafts, arts…
In-Between Gallery - Ibiza Town
In-Between Ibiza is a new contemporary art gallery situated within the castle of Dalt Vila, Ibiza.
Located between the castle’s iconic entrance and the Museum of Contemporary Art Ibiza, the gallery bridges the gap between tradition and modernity. In-Between Gallery will present a programme of artists whose work reflects the island’s vibrant, free-spirited identity and matches the energy of the creative community. Our mission is to cultivate an inclusive environment where the public can engage with thought-provoking exhibitions, and artists are empowered to share their unique voices.
MACE (Museu d’Art Contemporani d’Eivissa)
A timeless gem inside the old city walls, where centuries of history meet contemporary vision.
Tucked inside the old city walls of Dalt Vila, MACE blends historic charm with contemporary edge. Housed in a beautifully restored military building, it features glass floors over ancient ruins and a curated mix of Spanish and international art. It’s the perfect place to cool down and recharge while exploring Ibiza’s old town—and best of all, entry is free.
